11/5/12 - Next product in development

The next product we will be releasing is our own brand shims (0.1) and bearings in 6mm only.  The ones we currently have in testing have a combined load rating of over 7KG and water resistance... thats more than a TW5 hanging off your bearing during operation.  To put it in perspective a china made bearing has a rating of 1.2 KG combined, and we see a 1 in 20 failure rate at the 6mm size.   The main reason we did this was becuase of the kanzen bearings, we saw an excessive failure rate from these bearings well beyond china.  We contacted the manufacture who refused to deal with us after they confirmed that the load rating of the bearings was only just to the level of a standard AEG power, i argued that if they had told me in the first place there bearings we basically not fit for purpose that i wouldnt have ordered there product in bulk, at that point they never replied...  So alas we have cut all ties with kanzen and suggest you avoid thier products.  We are forced to sell through there products at a reduced value since they refused a bulk refund, the prices listed are well below wholesale.  we have seen a 5 in 10 failure rate on these bearings which is unacceptable for our workshops high level of work.   Like i say there stuff is now clearance and reduced price on our site, but at a 50 50 chance of win.. even at 8 quid for ceramic i reckon they will be there a while.

Suffice to say with 8 times the load rating on our bearings and a pricing similar to that of the kanzens im invisioning Eagle6 quickly replacing kanzens rapidly diminishing name in the airsoft world. 

The Metal version of our popular first batch of vsr hop arms, ie the second much larger batch has been delay due to sizing issue during testing, back to the drawing board on this one, we will adjust and redo a test version.  This is why we test..

Small update on links and pictures etc.. mainly to reflect the workshop and have easier links which navigate straight to the workshop page.  3hours of coding just to sort some pictures and links lol.,,

8/5/12 - Firefly stock update

OK firefly deliverys in and updated onto the website, including stock of the VSR/L96/GBB hop rubber from firefly.

6/5/12 - Interesting facts

Just thought it was interesting looking today at some figures considering its a sunday as well (gaming day).  Over 20 online people browsing the website at this moment in time, and over 700 signed up customers to the website, its like we are the number 1 place to go for Recoil AEG parts and information or something :P, cheers guys.  Some time next week i will be doing the scar video as requested in the poll by far...
